14. Cross-sell color text products and services
15. Attend forums, industry, and other meetings
16. Work on planning and forecasting sales for every month, quarter, and financial year
17. Maintain healthy relationships within the organization & outside too
18. Aggressively working on the target assigned
19. Share a data-sheet daily of your work on an Excel/spreadsheet
20. Share DSR with your manager
21. Attain meetings with salespeople to help sales rep to close and give the right solution to the clients
22. Understand the technical requirement of the client
23. Attain review meetings with management and the manager
24. Travel outstation for work if required for business development

Salary
Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
