Assistant Manager - Sales Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategize a clear sales plan and actionable steps toward reaching the sales objective
2. Source and identify prospective early-stage leads through social media and offline channels
3. Lead a team of associates/freshers with end-to-end sales process towards an objective
4. Implement the plan successfully to reach the sales objective
5. Achieve sales objectives
6. Build strong relationships with customers and the team
7. Work on selling the service/product that involves training, community, and events
8. Manage and lead the team and sell the product (assigned sales objective)

Requirements:

1. Should possess strong personal and ethical values
2. Should demonstrate professionalism
3. Should be excellent in persuasive communication
4. Should be able to commit to this work for a minimum of 4 months
5. Prior knowledge or experiences (brand ambassadors, college event lead) would be a plus
