1. Assist the supervisor in leading and supporting the team, including providing guidance, training, and mentorship
2. Help recruit new team members and assist in onboarding and training new recruits
3. Support the team in sales and marketing efforts, including product promotion, lead generation, and customer service
4. Facilitate communication between team members, the Supervisor, and other stakeholders, including responding to messages, emails, and phone calls
5. Help develop and implement training programs, workshops, and other initiatives to enhance team performance and growth
6. Assist in monitoring team performance, tracking sales, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
7. Support the development of future leaders within the team, including mentoring and coaching
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Previous experience in leadership or team management
3. Strong understanding of the products or services being marketed
4. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
5. Ability to work collaboratively with others, including the Supervisor and team members
