About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work within the Deals platform, helping clients make data-driven strategic decisions, uncover value, and boost ROI.

2. Collaborate on deal diligence, post-deal value creation, and exit/divestiture prep for private equity and corporate clients.

3. Apply advanced analytics, market data, and business frameworks to derive commercial and operational insights.

4. Develop/implement automation and data capabilities aligned with client requirements.

5. Manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets responsibly.

6. Communicate insights clearly in presentations and client deliverables.

7. Contribute to practice enablement, knowledge building, and business development.

8. Learn new tools and technologies as required.

9. Uphold PwC's code of ethics and business conduct.

Business Admin, Management, Data Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics

2. Business Skills:

- Stakeholder management (esp. US-based teams)

- Business frameworks, financial modeling, valuation, business diligence

- Experience with market/alternative data to assess positioning and performance

- Strong presentation & communication skills

3. Technical Skills:

- Proven data extraction, transformation, analytics, and visualization

- Tools: Python, Advanced Excel, Alteryx, PowerBI (with DAX), Pyspark

- Familiarity with big data & machine learning concepts

- Experience with GenAI/LLMs is a plus
