Key responsibilities:

1. Research:

A. Mapping of various organizations and determining designations/ organization structures with accuracy
B. Creatively network with people to get insight into organizational changes and developments to augment the database
C. Track newspapers/ websites for developments in financial services (private equity investments, investment banking deals, etc.) and related sectors

2. Delivery/execution:

A. Accompany partners to client briefing sessions; jointly discuss and suggest the search strategy and timelines
B. Carry out widespread research to find suitable candidates for positions
C. Network extensively to gather meaningful data on the trends in the industry, challenges in the sector, etc. in order to tap into the right area for sourcing
D. Engage with the client during the entire search process; act as a single point of contact with the client's contact
E. Manage candidate client expectations; act as a bridge of communication between the two parties
F. Handle the entire life cycle and thereby ensure smooth closure of the position

3. Report writing, presentation & database management:

A. Create mapping reports & presentations for supporting BD activities
B. Work on report writing for ongoing mandates long lists, candidate evaluation, comparative analysis, etc.
C. Update internal databank on a real-time basis
