Key responsibilities:
1. Work as part of PwC's Oracle Services Practice to help organizations leverage Oracle technology for business transformation.
2. Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to meet client requirements.
3. Participate in customer workshops for requirement gathering, pilot demonstrations, training, and testing.
4. Perform system setups and configurations based on business needs.
5. Provide functional consulting for Oracle Fusion HR, eBS HRMS, or Payroll modules.
6. Deliver effective solutions for finance operations, HR management, supply chain, analytics, and governance, risk, and compliance.
7. Ensure high-quality communication with clients and internal teams.

- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM functional consultant.
- Minimum of 1 Oracle HCM implementation project in the domestic (India) market.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HR and/or eBS HRMS and Payroll is valued.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
- Ability to independently handle requirement gathering, demonstrations, system configurations, and training.
- Mandatory: Oracle Fusion HCM functional expertise.
- Preferred: Additional exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM functional modules.
- Qualifications: MBA / B.Tech / CA / MCA (full-time).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
