Associate (Alliance And Partnership) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify prospective merchants and negotiate attractive partnership deals to drive spend
2. Build strategies to enable the partner network and deliver results on gross and net retention
3. Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners
4. Carry out regular market research and competitive analysis to identify new merchants for exclusive partnerships
5. Work with other internal teams to ensure that alliance and partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals
6. Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
7. Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly
8. Strategize new ways to grow current partnerships
