Associate Business Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and perform requirements gathering and business analysis with business users, stakeholders, and product owners
2. Work on requirements management, prioritization, and project documentation
3. Create user stories, and epics, and write clear acceptance criteria
4. Gather information from stakeholders to document business, process, functional, and/or data requirements ensuring that product functionality is appropriately documented
5. Create user stories to achieve cross-team clarity on what to build, for whom, why, and when
6. Perform gap and impact analysis
7. Prepare use cases, UML diagrams, process flows, ERDs, Data flow diagrams, and other related artifacts
8. Participate/drive sprint planning, retrospective, daily standups, and system demos actively
9. Participate in software design/development meetings to provide input on business and functional requirements
10. Promote continuous communication and improvement across business teams, technology teams, and stakeholders and ensure the team is building the right solutions
11. Encourage and drive agile development methodology adoption throughout work and across teams
12. Ensure Scrum team deliverables meet agreed-upon standards for quality and non-functional requirements, and that products meet stated business needs and goals
13. Perform functional and system testing to ensure all the requirements are addressed as needed
14. Work very closely with senior managers to understand process-related challenges and coordinate project management activities
15. Collaborate with developers and senior architects to ensure all the requirements are clearly understood by the team

Skills & Requirements:
