Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges

4. Create comprehensive and well-structured business and technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and specifications

6. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
7. Translate technical details into plain language for non-technical stakeholders
8. Act as a liaison to ensure that technical solutions align with business goals and requirements
9. Review and validate documentation for accuracy, consistency, and clarity
