Associate Content Writer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create material for SIB's social media handles
2. Create a content strategy and production plan for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin
3. Investigate and keep current on the most recent advances in terms of trendy material and themes, including the most recent memes
4. Create unique material and innovative graphic designs for video and static social media postings
5. Maintain consistency and quality across all material types
6. Edit and fact-check information extensively to ensure there are no grammatical or spelling errors
7. Maintain and enforce a project deadline and content rollout timetable
8. Supervise the creation and deployment of new content channels

Required skills and experience:

1. 1-2 years of related experience is required, the ideal candidate will have a background in finance
2. Excellent writing and editing abilities, as well as a sharp eye for detail
3. Passionate about storytelling, strategic thinking, and understanding target audiences and what inspires them
4. Excellent organizational and planning abilities
5. Interpersonal and communication capabilities are second to none
6. Creative problem solver with the ability to multitask and handle numerous projects at the same time
7. In a fast-paced digital workplace, can work effectively under pressure
8. Understanding knowledge of the finance & insurance industry
9. Ability to successfully manage time, even though there will be plenty of time and assistance to learn and grow on the job
