Associate Coordinator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding client requirements and client selection process
2. Working on campus coordination
3. Conducting written/online tests and evaluation
4. Working on interview coordination for activities
5. Maintaining the tracker for all appeared candidates along with the status
6. Decision-making and problem-solving skills and resolving issues (if any) on the campus
7. Working on the collection of college data and insights of the campus hiring
8. Publishing report on the activity and reporting back to the manager
9. Adhering to the processes followed and SLAs
10. Assisting the manager in executing assessments for other CareerNet/HirePro programs in the other region

Requirements:

1. Good communication
2. MBA freshers
