1. Resolve customer complaints via phone/WhatsApp in a timely and delightful way
2. Manage customer retention to drive the growth of the company via various channels
3. Call customers to schedule, manage & host fun group events at their premises
4. Monitor customer issues on social media and reach out to provide assistance
5. Gather customer feedback and share reports and insights with the core team
6. Work closely with our customers to drive referrals, ratings, and reviews
7. Take proactive steps and informed decisions based on data and feedback
8. Work on the achievement of your personal and team goals and KPIs
9. Work closely with the core team to enhance productivity & reduce costs
10. Develop a culture of continuous improvement with systems and processes
Skills & Requirements:
1. 0-2 years of experience as a customer support associate
2. Past experience hosting events for small or large groups
3. Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
4. Ideally living in Cochin with own transport & laptop
5. Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
6. A sense of urgency, calm, and fun-loving personality
7. Strong negotiation, interpersonal & analytical skills
8. Proficient in using spreadsheets and presentations
9. Ability to handle large community groups in social media
10. Patience when handling difficult and tough customers
