About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Developing innovative & creative media content for social media platforms and brand communication
2. Illustrating concepts by designing a rough layout of art and related aesthetic techniques
3. Designing creatives for social media like posts, stories, thumbnails, etc.
4. Taking responsibility for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact and developing creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the brand team's objectives
5. Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, creating & modifying fonts according to brand guidelines keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as FreeHand, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, LightRoom, and 3D designing, animation, video editing
6. Staying up-to-date with industry-leading software, trends, and technologies

Requirements:

1. Proficiency with the design software
2. Good communication skills and a team player
3. Professionalism regarding time, speed, and deadlines
4. Passionate about design (brownie points for having OCD for aesthetics)

Salary

Annual CTC: 2.4 - 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:
