Associate - Inside Sales Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Help define new benchmarks of performance in a fast-growing startup environment
2. Own sales targets to facilitate membership sales and renewals
3. Understand the prospective customer's needs and goals, and suggest relevant programs
4. Set up trial classes, follow up with the prospects to collect feedback and push for conversions

Required:

2. Good at convincing others, and enjoys sales thoroughly
3. Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in English
4. A highly driven self-starter, with very strong ownership of their work
5. A strong mindset to delight customers
