Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting candidate search based on client requirements
2. Screening candidates
3. Co-ordinating with seniors, clients, and candidates for interview scheduling and follow up
4. Following up for interview feedback/results
5. Co-ordinating with candidates for documentation and joining formalities
6. Closely working with team members and seniors to deliver results
7. Reporting daily

1. Work location: Marol, Andheri
2. Working days: Monday to Friday & alternate Saturdays
3. Work mode: Work from the office
4. Compensation: Competitive pay with attractive performance incentives
