We are seeking a skilled and creative marketing manager to manage our social media accounts and develop engaging content for the brand AssetPlus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing marketing/branding and social media strategies and experience with content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing/branding strategies to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and drive traffic
2. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms with a high focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
3. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to co-create brand campaigns that align with business objectives
5. Analyze and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
7. Work with influencers and the brand manager to create sponsored content that aligns with our brand values and messaging
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related experience
2. 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and community management
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
5. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to analyze and report on performance metrics
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
