1. Work on researching, making calls, and maintaining a database of potential artists and educators who can be onboarded to the platform and can be hired for specific projects.
2. Maintain client relationships and talk to event participants, students, and educators for scheduling classes, gathering data, asking for reviews, etc., (i.e., being the first point of contact)
3. Handle management of online sessions by scheduling, updating, opening calls, and communicating with the technical team for any issues
4. Reply to messages on the platform and pass on further information to relevant teams
Note: This role may involve traveling to other cities within India to coordinate our programmes and events.
