Associate Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify suitable candidates through the internal database, online job/resume boards, and referrals
2. Call candidates and qualify/screen/interview them for client positions and coordinate client interviews
3. Maintain coordination of job posting, vendor/customer/candidate
4. Carry out other standard activities in the office

Requirements:

1. Female candidates (preferred)
2. Should be located in and around Yelahanka or willing to relocate to Yelahanka
3. Candidates with BE/B Tech, MCA, MBA, and similar qualifications (preferred)
4. Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Yelahanka, Bangalore

Note: Candidate will be joining as a trainee/probation for a period of 6 months with a stipend/fixed remuneration of 10000 per month (The stipend may be revised after 3 months). On the completion of training, the candidate will be paid a salary of 2 LPA with incentive as per the company policies.
