About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Reviewing a large number of resumes or curriculum vitae
2. Sourcing through job portals, and social media - LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. and engaging in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc., to get the right candidate
3. Screening the appropriate resumes, in accordance with the JD from the client for their professional and personal qualifications
4. Conducting interviews (over the phone/ virtual) to determine the matching skillsets/qualities before submitting them to the hiring manager or key interview panel
5. Aiding in coordinating interviews with higher management
6. Working as per the defined process and recruitment strategies of the organization/client/project
7. Ideating new approaches toward developing better recruitment methodologies
8. Arranging several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, the company website, social media, etc.
