1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Screen the resumes
3. Provide sustainable staffing solutions

Requirements:

1. Candidates residing in Pune (preferred)
2. Good communication skills in English
3. Candidates belonging to the age group of more than 25 years
4. Career gap (most preferred)
5. Candidates from north India those staying in Pune (because the project is for the north)
6. Presentable personality with longevity in commitment
7. Command on writing mail
8. Availability to work for Kothrud location
9. Ready to work with a recruitment consultant
10. Ready to intact with candidates and clients on electronic media
11. Good command of telecalling skills
