We are looking for an 'Associate Recruiter' to join our team at Mobilab by Primary Healthtech.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sourcing methods.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
5. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
6. Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
7. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
2. Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 3,00,000 /year
