Key responsibilities:

1. Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners
2. Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases
3. Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up
4. Educate and inform clients about the company s products, services, and special offers
5. Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction
7. Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients expectations
8. Oversee customer relationship management system

Other requirements

Bangalore native, or currently located in Bangalore

Must be a graduate from any recognized university

Minimum 6 months experience in any sales related position

Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients

Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
