1. Developing applications and services, developing user-facing features by translating the UI/UX design to actual code, developing APIs, and building POCs through a test-driven development methodology
2. Anticipating the client's needs
3. Working on self-monitoring, providing written feedback on daily work done & updating the standard tools following SOP defined from time to time
