A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. Should have experience or hiring knowledge of digital hiring roles.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
2. Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
3. Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
4. Conduct interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
5. Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
6. Complete paperwork for new hires
7. Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
8. Manage internship programs
9. Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
10. Provide recruitment reports to team managers
Recruiter Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in human resources
2. The ability to conduct different types of interviews
3. Experience with recruitment processes and databases
4. The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Good interpersonal skills
7. Good decision-making skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
