About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain AEM-based solutions (Sites, Assets).

2. Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver accurate development estimates.

3. Follow industry best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure code.

4. Write JUnit test cases for unit testing and support QA teams with dependencies.

5. Create Low-Level Design documentation and support customer requirements gathering.

6. Manage client expectations for response and issue resolution timelines.

7. Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve technical issues reported by clients.

8. Integrate AEM with external systems and build scalable, content-driven applications.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. have minimum 3 years of experience

Other requirements

1. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AEM development

2. Strong understanding of AEM backend (Sling Servlets, OSGi, JCR queries)

3. Familiarity with UI technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery

4. Proficiency in Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, JSTL

5. Working knowledge of frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate

6. Experience using SONAR for code quality and security

7. Hands-on experience with Touch UI, Sightly (HTL), and Sling Models

8. Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-facing experience

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

10. Knowledge of AEM foundational concepts (CRX, Sling, Apache Felix)

11. Familiarity with latest AEM features and extended working hours for NA client overlap
