Key responsibilities:

1. Call and answer phones and explain the product and services offered by the company
2. Understand customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal
3. Take and process product orders in a professional manner
4. Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects
6. Keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activities
7. Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers
