Associate Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential or existing clients to promote products like pitch decks and financial models
2. Update client information in the database for accurate record-keeping
3. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
4. Coordinate with clients through voice calls and emails to explain the product and company profile in detail
5. Follow provided scripts and call guides from the marketing team
6. Prepare MIS reports daily, weekly, and monthly to track productivity
7. Call on leads generated by various marketing sources and convert them into customers
8. Maintain strong client follow-up to ensure satisfaction and successful conversion
9. Record feedback received through emails or phone calls across communication channels

Requirements:

1. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Demonstrate strong pitching abilities for promoting products like pitch decks and financial models
