About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Understand the technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
2. Create simple but detailed wireframe with the accompanying information architecture of the product
3. Create high-fidelity screen design with creativity and innovative graphics
4. Create a prototype with interactive elements, transitions, and animations
5. Test the prototype with users and create a report based on the user interviews and implement it in the design as well
Skills & requirements:
1. Product understanding with a strong analytical and scientific approach
2. Should have a keen interest in learning new tools and expanding their horizon of knowledge
3. Proven graphic designing experiences
4. Strong analytical skills to understand and solve a problem
5. Proficient in designing software like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
6. A keen eye for design aesthetics and details
7. Able to articulate ideas, both written and spoken, to drive impact
8. Good communication skills
9. Ability to work methodically and meet work in a fast-paced environment
10. Degree/Certification in design, fine arts, or related field is a plus
