The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that promotes our brand and engages our target audience. The video editor will work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize, film, and edit videos for various digital platforms.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards
2. Film and edit video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
3. Select and edit the footage to create high-quality videos that align with the company's brand guidelines
4. Manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of final products
5. Stay up-to-date with video production trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our video content
6. Work with the team to develop video production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
7. Collaborate with external contractors or vendors for specialized video production needs
Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience in video production and editing
2. Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
3. Knowledge of the latest video production trends and techniques
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Ability to work independently and take initiative
7. A portfolio of previous video work
8. Bachelor's degree in video production, film, or a related field
