We're one of the largest proprietary trading firms based out of India when it comes to crypto. This is a front desk trade operations role in our crypto markets which would primarily entail operating our proprietary trading software, and managing OTC trades. Apart from that, it would require you to take instructions from the team lead for various adjustments and communicate with him regarding any technical glitches or necessary feature updates.
Key responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain uptime of operations of internal software, and trade processes
2. Communicate with various OTC teams to make and fulfill trades
3. Audit the software from time to time to check if all parameters and outcomes are accurate
4. Communicate with the team lead for market updates, suggestions, inputs, and instructions
5. Provide timely reports (as the task is completed in shifts and crypto operations run 24 X 7)
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in any sphere
2. Experience operating trading software in any large broking/trading houses (preferred)
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
4. Effective communication skills
5. Within Kolkata or willing to relocate immediately
6. Can join immediately on selection
7. Can undertake night shifts according to shift plan
Note: We need someone who would be willing to take up night shifts and work even on public/state holidays if the internal schedule of the shifts is such.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 5,00,000 /year
