Key responsibilities:
1. Work on cross-browser and cross-platform functionality testing
2. Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and requirements traceability matrix based on business requirements
3. Understand the functions of the application, identify defects by testing and analyze them to find the root cause
4. Prepare root cause analysis document for identified bug and escalate it
5. Test newly developed or modified feature/functionality in the application against the SRS
6. Ensure that the application satisfies functional and non-functional requirements
7. Execute test cases and report bugs
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Noida and neighboring cities
Other requirements
Only BTech/MCA/BCA/BE/ME/MTech/MSc computer science candidates are preferred
Should be graduate/postgraduate from tier 1 or 2 college
Good knowledge software testing process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidate should have good analytical skills
Candidate should be the ability to think out of the box
Candidate must have a basic understanding of database
Sound knowledge of testing and bug reporting tools
Should have good knowledge of any programming language
Testing certification would be an additional advantage
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 6,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Other incentives: 20%
