About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end order processing from order receipt to delivery
2. Coordinate with suppliers and distributors for daily order fulfillment
3. Maintain records of prescriptions, invoices, and order logs for audit and compliance
4. Resolve escalations related to orders, delivery, or product availability
5. Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of medicines
6. Conduct quality checks at every stage including procurement, storage, and dispatch
7. Plan and execute offline medicine sales activities such as camps and tie-ups

Who can apply

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

2. are from Bangalore, Karnataka only

Other requirements

1. 0-4 years of experience in Ayurveda practice or pharmacy. (Applications with more than 4 years of experience will not be considered)

2. Work from office role, Monday to Saturday

3. Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi (preferred)

4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms

5. Excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,20,000 /year
