2. Keeping track of customer orders & shipments, mailing tracking IDs & invoices to B2B customers
3. Tracking high-value customers
4. Resolving delivery order-related issues and handling any issues related to warehouse operations such as order mismatch, stocking, or any other issues faced
5. Reviewing pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
6. Handling returns & refund issues, GST returns, and other payment issues
7. Handling the stocking process of pending SKUs
8. Handling overdue payment calls to customers
9. Handling and maintaining the customer segmentation file (data) and adding new customer data to the file
10. Filling vendor registration forms and generating and processing new sales leads as necessary
