1. Gathering and processing Excel sheets, word documents, and financial data
2. Assisting and coordinating with the in-charge & line manager
3. Preparing Invoices, bills, and various other documents
4. Assisting and supporting various back office duties & other activities
5. Performing basic duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies
Additional information:
As a back office executive, you will be reporting to the back office manager and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, data analysis, and administrative duties. You should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from the line manager.
