1. Guide and contribute to the design and development of new features, help optimize and scale our application, and work within an agile development environment
2. Work on building both server-side logic (using Python/Node.js) or in general Javascript
3. Report to Full stack lead and work on overseeing and performing code reviews on features developed by junior developers
4. Plan and contribute to all phases of the agile development lifecycle
5. Ensure the use of best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, and code standards)
6. Test and maintain software products to ensure optimized functionality
7. Recommend and lead continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies
8. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to develop robust, scalable, and secure features
Note: Computer science graduates or a similar course work or a relevant experience preferred
