We're looking for a highly capable Backend Developer who brings not just coding skills, but strategic thinking to the table. You'll be responsible for driving backend architecture decisions, choosing the tech stack based on research not just familiarity and building scalable systems from the ground up.
You will also be expected to propose the most cost-effective infrastructure setup:
1. Cheapest for the Dev environment
2. Economical and reliable for the Prod environment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and finalize the best-fit tech stack and system architecture per project needs
2. Design and build scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs
3. Ensure backend infrastructure is optimized for cost and performance in both Dev and Prod environments
4. Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, and product managers
5. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
6. Stay updated with industry trends and adopt new technologies as needed

Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,80,000 - 6,00,000 /year
