4. Clear insufficiency in the background verification by getting in touch with the candidate (if required)
Scrutinize the credentials, documents, and facts of employees being on-boarded, and maintain the central repository of background verification cases
5. Utilize different modes of verification (online databases, offline visits, etc.), to fasten the verification process, investigate cases as and when required and provide timely feedback
