Battery Manufacturing Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure battery pack manufacturing equipment and processes are within compliance and operate efficiently
2. Analyze, develop, and improve battery pack manufacturing equipment, processes, standards, and strategies
3. Provide detailed battery pack design for manufacture (DFM) advice to R&D and lead the implementation of battery design and process changes in assembly
4. Work with R&D to optimize battery pack design and production
5. Work on the implementation of engineering changes in battery pack production
6. Work on testing and validation of battery components, assemblies, manufacturing processes, and new manufacturing methods
7. Work on battery manufacturing troubleshooting
8. Drive or provide input for new production equipment justification and implementation for battery manufacturing

Specifications

1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred
2. Understanding of the electrical features of battery packs
