Behavioural Trainer Job

About the Role:

At Kapable, we work with mid and senior-level professionals to help them rewire how they think, communicate, and lead. As a behavioural trainer, your role goes beyond facilitation it's about creating reflective, high-impact learning experiences that shift mindsets and behaviours.

You'll work closely with professionals who are already high-performing but are looking to show up with more clarity, confidence, and self-awareness. This means helping them identify blind spots, challenge thought patterns, and translate insight into consistent action.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate sessions that bring together behavioural science and real-time workplace challenges across communication, leadership, and strategic thinking
2. Coach individuals to help them deepen self-awareness, navigate difficult conversations, and build emotional resilience
3. Observe and interpret behavioural patterns and learning gaps across sessions
4. Collaborate on refining content and structure based on learner progress
5. Support the design of journeys that feel personal, relevant, and rooted in behavioural insight
