Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze requirements and design blockchain systems
2. Involve in the blockchain development from architecture to implementation
3. Work towards providing a scalable solution
4. Keep up with current blockchain systems and cryptography methods
5. Participate in code reviews
6. Build secure and smart contract protocols and backend services

Skills & Requirements:

1. Should have dabbled in Solidity or Rust
2. Experience working with open-source projects
3. Understanding of NFTs, tokens, and decentralized applications protocols like Defi
4. Knowledge of cryptography, blockchain protocols, and application security
5. Deep understanding of backend APIs and dApps
