BPO Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Call the leads
2. Contact the parent leads through CRM
3. Manage 60-75 leads by calling them daily
4. Generate trial classes
5. Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark trial class
6. Take counseling sessions and convert them
7. Conduct counseling sessions for parents who take trial classes
8. Work on closing the sale through a smart and strategic approach
9. Work on generating the target revenue (3L+ per month)
10. Deliver sales pitches and convert cold leads into customers/partners

Requirements:

1. 12th pass graduates or 2019-2022 graduates
2. Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales
3. A "go-getter" who is ready to take up tough challenges and must have a never say die attitude
4. Self-driven candidate eager to join the sales
5. Willing to work 6 days a week
6. Willing to work in a start-up
7. Immediate joiners (preferred)
8. Someone eager to get rapid growth in a career in sales
9. Strong communication and negotiation skills
10. Strong client-handling skills
