About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying new sales leads
2. Pitching products and/or services
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients
4. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) and identifying new leads and potential new markets
5. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
6. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services
7. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
8. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring that they are met

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
