Business Acquisition Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with potential clients who would benefit from our SDG auditing services
2. Build and nurture client relationships to generate interest and demand for our services
3. Communicate the benefits of sustainable practices and the value of our services to clients
4. Guide clients through the auditing and accreditation process, providing necessary information and support
5. Coordinate with the auditing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
6. Follow up with clients to secure renewals and maintain long-term partnerships
7. Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn to find potential clients and expand our network
8. Stay updated with industry trends and developments related to sustainability and SDGs
9. Achieve individual and team targets for client acquisition and revenue generation

Skills & Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
2. Positive attitude, self-driven, and highly motivated to take on challenges and responsibilities
3. Good organizational and planning skills to effectively manage client interactions and follow-ups
4. Proficient in using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for client acquisition.
5. Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, sustainable development, policy management, or MBA in marketing, business administration, or a related field
6. Freshers to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition roles
7. Passionate about sustainability and familiar with SDGs
8. Ability to work from the office and travel as required
