Business Analyst Job

We are on a mission to bridge the skill gap between the emerging student fraternity and the ever-changing industry demands. Edureify is looking for a business analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product.

Key responsibilities:

1. Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
2. Check quality assurance
3. Define reporting and alerting requirements
4. Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
5. Help design, document, and maintain system processes
6. Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
7. Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
8. Work on constantly being on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Skills & Requirements:

1. BTech, MBA with up to 2 years of relevant experience in business/systems analysis
2. Freshers from tier 1 institutes will be given preference
3. Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
4. Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
5. Strong skills in writing SQL queries
6. Basic knowledge of generating process documentation
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
8. Candidates from premier institutes preferred
