Business Analyst Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with business users to understand their problems and needs
2. Document and analyze business needs/product requirements and communicate to the technical team
3. Develop requirements specifications, such as business requirements documents, process flows, and templates
4. Research and identify leading practices
5. Work continuously to enhance the user experience
6. Evaluate clients and user feedback to develop quality improvement processes and streamline the existing processes
7. Test the final product delivered to the stakeholders as per the documentation done
