Business Analyst Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the construction material and credit solutions space.
2. Analyze data and gather insights to drive strategic decision-making and inform product development
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and designers, to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements for the construction material aggregation platform
4. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer pain points and desired features
5. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes
6. Work closely with the development team to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with the overall product vision
7. Analyze existing business processes and workflows within the construction material supply chain
8. Identify opportunities for streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and integrating credit solutions seamlessly into the platform
9. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights from user behavior, transactional data, and credit-related information
10. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
11. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and manage expectations
12. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and keep stakeholders informed of project progress
13. Identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies
14. Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize business analysis practices and increase overall efficiency
