Business Analyst Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting with internal projects such as process improvement initiatives, analysis on vendor selection, integration into CRM (HubSpot, and future state salesforce), and recommendation on partnership opportunities.
2. Provide on-going recommendations for improvement illustrating qualitative and quantitative reasoning (ROI).
3. Leading execution of internal projects and other ad hoc analysis tasks as needed.
4. Completing analysis in Excel comparing different alternatives against acceptance criteria.
5. Initiate market research for products in the municipal space.
6. Monitoring and documenting processes and KPIs.
7. Update CRM records in HubSpot matching it against the contracts register, product/project/finance systems, and contract project filing.
8. Complete audits of system data in excel providing variance and exception reporting and then actioning the correction after review
9. Support the contract, project management, and product teams with ad-hoc analysis tasks.
10. Support the project management team to ensure projects are properly set up to reflect the various products.
11. Assist with other ad-hoc analysis tasks as they arise
12. Experience through co-op terms in related areas of business analysis or project coordination or related.
13. Demonstrates strong business acumen.
