About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Prospect new clients both inbound and outbound and qualify & nurture them
2. Perform continuous follow-ups with all stakeholders with the goal of adding accounts and users
3. Act as the face of Flurn with our most important stakeholders and our customers
4. Assume complete ownership of your accounts and manage all different threads and stakeholders
5. Address the requirements and concerns of Flurn customers and prospects
6. Conduct continuous market research to identify opportunities


1. 1-2 years of experience in business development or field sales
2. High energy, never-say-die attitude
3. Very good verbal & written communication skills
4. Ability to function independently and a structured approach to how you do your work
5. Personal mode of transportation to travel within Bengaluru for fieldwork
6. Fluent in Kannada, English & Hindi (preferred)
7. Experience in working with apartments (preferred)
