About the job
Business development associate responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, closing deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services through email and phone, we'd like to meet you.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute growth strategies to manage the end-to-end sales cycle, oversee account management, and meet revenue commitments
2. Utilize email marketing strategies for lead nurturing, ensuring a consistent and personalized approach
3. Showcase negotiation and problem-solving skills to successfully close deals and secure new business opportunities
4. Drive sales efforts through lead identification, qualification, prospecting, and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
5. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and target markets, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals
7. Act as a brand ambassador for ActiveLoc, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our reach and establish valuable connections

Who can apply

1. Candidates with any bachelor's degree with preferably 1 year of sales experience, in translation IT/professional services, or marketing (freshers with relevant abilities are also invited to apply)

2. Candidates with organization skills include time management, follow-ups, and tracking progress

3. Candidates with experience in all phases of the sales processes, from prospecting to closing are preferable.

Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 22,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
