Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end sales cycle from contact to closure
2. Maintain constant communication with clients to understand their requirements
3. Build and support long-term relationships with prospects
4. Follow up regularly on both old and new leads in order to build a healthy pipeline
5. Take prospects for site visits in residential projects matching their investment needs and answering all relevant queries throughout the process
6. Provide an amazing client experience by grasping client requirements & pain-points
7. Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further until closure
8. Research and stay updated with all details on existing and new project launches in and around Bengaluru
9. Maintain good relationships and network with sales and relationship managers at the builder's marketing office
10. Maintain detailed reports on lead status and activity
